How We Work with You
Consultation
At First Class Signs, This is the first link in the chain, a chance for us to meet you and understand you and your project. We listen, observe and take note. We consider these early interactions as critical to delivering the right product, at the right price and on schedule.
Project Management
When you instruct First Class Signs to take on your project you will be assigned a project manager who will liaise with you throughout the whole process. They will take many factors into consideration such as design, lead times, budget and organising installation.
Survey
Your First Class Signs Project Manager will visit your premises to thoroughly measure all aspects of the project. Issues such as access equipment, planning and power connections will all be discussed at this stage.
Design
First Class Signs qualified designers who take care of all aspects of the design process. We can turn your ideas into reality or equally happy to create the ideas for you. We keep in regular contact with you during this stage ensuring the end product is just as you envisaged.
Manufacturing
We make all our signage in house with our own fully trained operatives, taking full advantage of the latest technology and manufacturing processes. We select materials which offer great looks, value for money and a reduced impact on the environment where possible
Installation & Maintance
Prior to any install, you will have a will meeting with your project manager to discuss the install. We anticipate any potential problems and put together a plan of action to ensure that your signage goes up right, first time.
*We don’t just wave goodbye once your project has been completed. We understand that many clients want their investment to continue to look good long after the initial install. We therefore put together a maintenance package to optimise and protect your signage.
